onCENTER® BLI Joist

onCENTER BLI Joists are lightweight and easy to handle, featuring an I-shaped configuration that allows for longer spans and increased load-carrying capacity compared to dimension lumber. They are manufactured with machine stress-rated (MSR) or laminated veneer lumber (LVL) flanges and an enhanced OSB web, providing strength and durability. With low moisture content, these joists offer greater dimensional stability, resulting in quieter floors and fewer costly callbacks. The wide flanges offer better support for floor sheathing and more surface area for nailing, helping to save time and money during installation. Available in lengths up to 48 feet, with special orders extending to 60 feet, onCENTER BLI Joists offer flexibility for a variety of projects.

onCENTER® Glulam
AFP Power Preserved Glulam®

POWER PRESERVED GLULAM® (PPG) is as environmentally safe as untreated wood, making it an excellent choice for a variety of outdoor construction projects. Suggested uses include decks, joists, ledger boards, patios, trellises, pergolas, and covered park shelters. It is ideal for raised floor construction, as its ability to span longer distances with fewer columns creates less obstructed views and transforms the outdoor space beneath your deck into a functional living area. Additionally, PPG is well-suited for coastal construction, such as boardwalks and pier/beam foundations.

AFP Power Beam® 3000

AFP Power Beam® 3000 offers superior strength and is competitively priced with SCL. Each beam is individually wrapped and surfaced sealed for added stability, with full 3-1/2" and 7" framing widths that eliminate the need for nail laminating, saving both time and money. Designed to be compatible with I-Joist depths, it is available in precut lengths up to 60 feet. Manufactured from a renewable resource, Power Beam is a superior framing option with an excellent appearance classification, making it ideal for reliable engineered wood applications.

AFP Power Column

POWER COLUMN® offers fast, easy one-piece installation and serves as an ideal complement to Mass Timber wood framing systems. Certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI®), it provides excellent fire resistance and is manufactured using high-strength southern yellow pine MSR Lumber. Available in a variety of appearance grades, POWER COLUMN® is suited for both structural and architectural applications. It is a superior alternative for Tall Wall applications and serves as a reliable load path solution for Engineered Beam and Header Products. Framing members, such as Power Beam®, can be easily attached to POWER COLUMN® with simple connection detailing.
